Best plumbers in their field. Highly knowledgeable and skilled especially in difficult plumbing situations that require knowledge of structural Integrity. I recently had a big plumbing job and would only trust them to do it. The quality of their work and expertise is unmatched. Great communicators and honest. Awesome folks all around.

Love the PPR guys! Had them out here for 2 jobs in the last couple years. Thought I had a problem with the sump pump drain outside recently and Adam was here within the hour to check everything out. I also have them lined up for a new ADA toilet at my dad’s house soon. Highly, highly recommend for any plumbing work you need. Thorough, professional and friendly.

I moved to West Seneca about 6 years ago and bought a fairly old house. I had sump pump problems. I had extreme backup issues under the floor in my basement. Professional Plumbing Resources not only quoted me an amazing price for each job, but the work was beyond fantastic. The guys were friendly, and completely cleaned up everything after these very dirty jobs. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The guys from PPR were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in less time than I expected. Quality in my opinion was top notch. Price was competitive, and they cleaned up at the end (it is a construction site, so, left it better than when they came in). Thanks guys, we'll see you again.

The folks at Professional Plumbing Resources have come out for 2 jobs at my house now - one to fix a pipe going out to our outside faucet and a broken shower drain. In both instances they have been super clear with the issue, fixed it quickly, and provided excellent customer service. They also took the time to explain what they were doing. They are fantastic, and I will continue to use them if/when other plumbing issues arise.
